Internationally acclaimed restaurateur David Bouley will open a signature restaurant—his first outside of Manhattan—at the newly opened Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. In 1987, David Bouley opened his first restaurant, the critically-acclaimed Bouley in New York’s Tribeca, setting a standard for fine dining in the United States. From 1991 through 1996, Bouley restaurant was rated number one in the Zagat survey, and also earned four stars in the New York Times review. To this day, Bouley is the only restaurant to achieve a 29 food rating in Zagat for three consecutive years. Trained in top restaurants in France and New York, David Bouley has developed a reputation as one of the world’s top chefs. The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach is Miami's newest oceanfront hotel and is a complete restoration of an original 1953 Morris Lapidus-designed landmark hotel in the city's historic Art Deco district. Its centerpieces include the only La Maison de Beaute Carita Spa outside of Paris, a multi-million dollar art collection, the DiLido Beach Club - the only oceanfront restaurant on South Beach, Tanning Butlers, VIP oceanfront cabanas and more.
